One of the most efficient ways to provide a cost-effective, technology-based solution for anger management and emotional intelligence is through our content management system. Two weeks ago I wrote a blog article about the new online version of The Conover Company assessments. In the article I told you about the great benefits of having these assessments in a web-based format. What I didn’t tell you was that the backbone of our online assessments is the content management system.
Assessments Drive Instruction™
Our content management system electronically makes the connection from the assessment component to the skill-enhancement component to the post-assessment component. This seamless electronic connection makes it possible to translate assessment results into the most effective instruction for a particular learner. Our unique “Assessments Drive Instruction™” technology makes it possible to efficiently provide individualized instruction to each learner enrolled in the system.
Here’s How It Works
You begin by creating your administrator account.

Once learners are enrolled you can assign the appropriate assessments.

As an administrator, you can then give your learners access to their respective accounts.
Your learners can access their accounts online 24/7.
The assessments track valuable data such as pre- and post-assessment results, time spent on each task, and completed assignments for each learner in your account. As the administrator, you have access to this information for each learner 24/7.
Our unique content management system makes it effortless and cost effective to create individual and group reports on pre-assessment, skill intervention and post-assessment results for each learner in your account.
