There are 2 ways to use the application: managed and unmanaged. The unmanaged mode allows you instant access to any of the videos in the application, while managed allows you to make assignments for a user based on their individual needs. To run the application unmanaged, press the FSS user button. This will bring you to a list of all the activities in the application. To view an activity, just select it from the list.
This help feature will cover how to use the managed mode in detail. In order to use the program managed, you must first add a user into the system.

If the user is easily distracted, you might consider disabling the video playback controls. The user will still be able to adjust volume by using the volume switch on the iPod touch.
Security Settings: This is where you either assign a password to the user’s account or assign a lock to that specific user.
PASSWORD PROTECTED: This option allows administrators to protect access for each user entered into the application. This feature requires that a password be entered each time a user works on the application. Enter a password for the user if you wish to use this option.
