Our current product line consists of seven major, groundbreaking products It starts with our Personal Responsibility program.  Personal Responsibility is a new assessment and skill enhancement system focusing on core skills related to goal setting and achievement.  Simply stated, goals are not achieved until goals are set.  Our Personal Responsibility program is a must for organizations that are goal driven and want to teach their participants the fundamentals of setting and managing goals. The Success Profiler, the largest of our products in the area of emotional intelligence, is a research-based assessment and skill enhancement system designed to improve emotional intelligence.  The Success Profiler consists of nine profiles:  The Change Profile, The Customer Service Profile, The Hiring Profile, The Sales Profile, The Leadership Profile, The Learning Profile, The Sensitivity Profile, The Team Profile and The Violence Prevention Profile. The Anger Management Program is an assessment and skill enhancement system targeting anger management.  Since its release, hundreds of organizations across the country have used it to assess and to provide skill enhancement in the area of anger management.  Our Anger Management Program is the first evidenced-based assessment and skill-enhancement system in the field of anger management.  It is the tool of choice for most serious professionals in the field of anger management and emotional intelligence. The Emotional Intelligence Profile is a pull out of the core assessment and skill enhancement system within The Success Profiler. Simply stated, it is a stripped down version of The Success Profiler.  Its primary focus is the assessment of emotional intelligence using our Personal Skills Map, which is electronically linked to our comprehensive skill enhancement system to provide social emotional learning and development. Maintaining Self-Control is a follow up to our nationally-acclaimed Anger Management Program.  Self-control enables individuals to manage their emotions during stressful and difficult situations and consequently mitigate anger.  Self-control is also a key skill need in developing personal responsibility related to setting and achieving goals.  Maintaining Self-Control helps individuals learn to control their thoughts, feelings and behaviors with the goal of maintaining self-discipline and self-control. The Substance Abuse Prevention Program is a pull out of our Emotional Intelligence Program focusing on substance abuse prevention.  In the Substance Abuse Prevention Program mental health is seen on a continuum ranging from lethal/destructive/abusive personality to the healthy and skilled personality.  The Substance Abuse Prevention Program helps assess and then build a strong and resilient healthy personality that can resist lethal, destructive and abusive tendencies. The Conflict Resolution Through Winning Colors program is a unique present behavioral observation tool.  The key to this program is its ability to teach individuals how to identify behaviors that are crucial for conflict resolution.  It is through a better understanding of the four parts of self that an understanding of individual differences can be developed.  Winning Colors is a system that is simple to understand and apply and it helps individuals resolve internal conflict. These seven major product areas contain approximately 100 different assessment instruments and over 250 hours of comprehensive skill enhancement.  Our unique “assessments drive instruction™” technology makes it a seamless, practical, and cost-effective solution for assessing and providing skill intervention for emotional intelligence.
