For over forty years, Conover’s Emotional Intelligence Program has been utilized to assess and teach important SEL competencies, such as drive strength/motivation, commitment and time management, to over 9 million users worldwide.
The Personal Skills Map®, which is one of the key assessments in the system, has 274 master’s and doctoral-level research papers written on the use of the assessment. It has been listed in the Buros Center for Testing since 1993.
