Those who choose this approach focus on the development of new skills rather than trying to compare themselves against others; they strive not merely for greatness or perfection but also true enjoyment during their journey towards their goals! By having a growth mindset, individuals are better equipped to adapt quickly to changing conditions remain motivated despite obstacles they face. They stay confident even if they make mistakes along the way which sets them up for increasingly successful endeavors over time.
